Workflow
Settings β Workflow has three sub-tabs: Appearance, Keybindings, and Cue Labels. These settings control the look of the interface, provide a shortcut reference, and configure the quick-cue palette for live cue capture.
Appearance sub-tab
Theme Color β choose the accent color for the LTCast interface. The selected color is applied to active buttons, highlights, and progress indicators throughout the app.
UI Size β choose Small, Medium, or Large. This scales the entire interface uniformly. Use Large when operating from a distance or on a high-DPI monitor where the default size is too small to read comfortably.
Keybindings sub-tab
A read-only reference listing all keyboard shortcuts available in LTCast. Scroll through the list to see shortcuts grouped by category (Transport, Navigation, Cues, and so on). Shortcuts cannot be customized in this release β the bindings are fixed. See also the Keyboard Shortcuts reference page for the complete list.
Cue Labels sub-tab (Quick-Cue Palette)
The quick-cue palette assigns labels and colors to keys 1 through 8, enabling fast cue capture during rehearsal or live performance.
- Enable Quick-Cue capture β toggle on to activate number-key cue capture
- 8 label slots β each slot has a text label and a color picker; the key number (
1β8) is shown to the left - Profession selector β choose VJ, Lighting, AD / Stage Manager, Audio, or Custom to load predefined labels and colors for that role
- Save As β save the current 8-slot configuration under a custom name
- Saved professions list β switch between previously saved profiles; profiles persist across sessions
Optional panels section
At the bottom of the Cue Labels sub-tab, toggles control which tabs appear in the right panel:
- Show Triggers tab β shows or hides the TRIGGERS tab
- Show "Show" tab β shows or hides the SHOW tab (Show Log and Show Timers)
- Show Tools tab β shows or hides the TOOLS tab
- Show Calling tab β shows or hides the CALLING tab
