PDF Cue Sheet (Pro)
PDF Cue Sheet exports the cues and triggers of the whole setlist as a formatted PDF. It is a Pro feature, useful for giving paper copies to crew, printing a calling reference, or archiving the show structure after the event.
PDF Cue Sheet needs Pro (a Pro licence or an active trial). The PDF button is visible without Pro; without it, clicking it opens the licence dialog.
Accessing PDF export
Click the PDF button in the setlist header (beside the ↑ and ↓ CSV buttons). It is not in the File menu. A small menu offers three choices: Detailed (one page per song), Compact (table overview) and Cue Sheet (CSV), which is a spreadsheet rather than a PDF (see CSV setlist export / import). The button is disabled while the setlist is empty.
Export formats
- Detailed (one page per song) — a title page, then each song starts on a new page. A song's page has a header with its number, name, length and frame rate, a Markers table with the columns Cue, Time, Standby, Label and Note (times are positions within the song), and — if the song has enabled triggers — a Triggers table with Timecode, Type, Channel, Data and Label. A song with no markers says so. Best for a calling reference or a detailed console sheet.
- Compact (table overview) — one table with a row per song (number, name, length, number of markers and of triggers), and the song's markers listed under it as time-and-label chips. Best for a quick overview or a pre-show briefing handout.
Neither layout has a column for departments or the trigger mode; use the CSV cue sheet if you need those.
Title page and paper size
The title page shows the show name, LTCast Cue Sheet, the date and time it was generated, the number of songs, the total duration, the frame rate, the Start TC when the TC Generator is in use, and the LTCast version. Every page has a footer reading "Page N of M". The paper is Letter when the computer's region is the United States, Canada or Mexico, and A4 everywhere else.
Saving the PDF
After you choose a layout, a save dialog opens with the show name as the suggested file name. LTCast writes the PDF where you choose and confirms with a "PDF exported" message. It does not open the file afterwards.
Export a Detailed PDF before load-in and give a printed copy to the board operator and the calling AD. It is a reference that still works if a device goes offline.
