PDF Cue Sheet (Pro)

PDF Cue Sheet exports the cue list as a formatted PDF document. It is a Pro feature useful for giving paper copies to crew, printing a calling script, or archiving the show structure after the event.

PDF Cue Sheet requires a valid LTCast Pro license. The menu item is visible without Pro but triggers a license prompt when selected.

Accessing PDF export

Choose File → Export PDF Cue Sheet. An options dialog appears before the file is generated.

Export formats

Two PDF layouts are available:

  • Detailed (one page per song) — each song occupies a full page. Each page contains a table of all cues for that song, with columns for: timecode, cue label, cue number, trigger mode, standby time, departments, and notes. Best for a calling script or detailed console cue sheet.
  • Compact (table overview) — all songs and cues are laid out in a condensed multi-column format across as few pages as possible. Best for a quick reference overview or pre-show briefing handout.

Document properties

The PDF uses the project name as the document title. The date of export is included in the footer. Pages are formatted for A4 / Letter paper (LTCast automatically selects based on system locale). Font sizes are chosen to be legible when printed at 100%.

Saving the PDF

After choosing the format, click Export. LTCast generates the PDF and opens a save dialog. Choose a file name and location. LTCast opens the saved PDF in the system PDF viewer after saving.

Export a Detailed PDF before load-in and give a printed copy to the board operator and calling AD. It gives them a reference that works even if a device goes offline.
