With chase audio on, the audio fades out when timecode leaves the song

- With chase audio on, when timecode jumps to a time no song covers, the audio fades out instead of being cut. It lasts 0.5 s by default; Settings → Timecode In sets it, up to 2 s, and 0 cuts as before. If timecode comes back during the fade, the audio returns at full level where the timecode is. A song that plays to its end still rings out. The timecode LTCast sends runs on until the audio stops.
